At VCCPRO, customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. As our services involve the issuance of prepaid digital Visa/Mastercard virtual cards, specific rules apply regarding refunds and replacements.
1. Delivery & Processing Time
Virtual card codes are delivered via email within 30 minutes to 6 hours, but delivery may take up to 24 hours in certain cases.
If you do not receive your card within this period, please contact our support team immediately.
2. No Refund After Order Processing
Once a card is successfully issued and delivered, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Incorrect card use
Unsupported merchant platforms
Change of mind after delivery
3. Replacement & Exceptions
We offer replacement or refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:
You received an incorrect or non-working card due to an internal error.
The card was not activated and is confirmed as unused.
You reported the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
If our system or API provider made a mistake, we will ensure you receive the correct order free of charge.
4. Return & Refund Process
Contact our support within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide details including:
Your order ID
Screenshot or explanation of the issue
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Refunds or replacements may only be processed if the card has not been activated or used.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
The card has already been used (even partially).
The customer selected the wrong product or currency.
Failure to complete or pass identity verification (if applicable).
Misuse or attempt to use cards on prohibited platforms.

7. Final Notice
Once a virtual card is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless it meets the conditions outlined in section 3.
