Terms and Conditions – VCCPRO
Welcome to VCCPRO. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our virtual card services provided through licensed third-party providers via API integration. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Cardholder”: An individual or entity who creates an account and uses the virtual card services provided by VCCPRO.
“Program”: The suite of services provided through API integrations with licensed card issuers.
“Issuing Bank”: The licensed financial institution responsible for the issuance and processing of virtual cards.
“API Provider”: A third-party entity providing technical connectivity between VCCPRO and the Issuing Bank.
“User”, “You”, or “Your”: Refers to any individual or business accessing or using the VCCPRO platform.
2. Legal Structure and Disclaimer
We provide technical and operational support for the resale of virtual card services via API integrations. We are not a bank, do not hold or process customer funds, and all card services are facilitated through licensed financial partners. Our role is strictly that of a facilitator and integrator.
3. Services Description
VCCPRO offers Virtual Visa/Mastercard cards designed for:
Online payments
Subscriptions
E-commerce transactions
Digital services like Google, PayPal, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.
Our cards are intended for legal use only and subject to the limits and features set by the issuing banks.
4. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Complete the KYC process, including identity and, if applicable, business verification.
Agree to abide by local and international compliance standards.
5. KYC, AML, and Compliance
We are committed to complying with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. Users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete identification information.
Undergo sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screening.
Allow us to retain transaction and identity data for at least 5 years in line with regulatory requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that pose compliance risks.
6. Use of Cards
Cards may be used only for lawful transactions.
Users are responsible for understanding the merchant restrictions.
Each card may have loading, transaction, or monthly limits depending on issuer policies.
We do not allow use for gambling, adult content, illegal goods, or services in sanctioned countries.
7. Fees and Charges
All applicable charges are transparently shown during card purchase and top-up. Fees may include:
Card creation fees
Top-up and maintenance fees
Foreign transaction fees
We reserve the right to modify our fee schedule with 7-day prior notice.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data privacy is important to us. We comply with GDPR and relevant data laws. Our Privacy Policy explains:

Your rights including data access, correction, and deletion
Data may be transferred to third parties outside your country solely for operational or compliance purposes.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VCCPRO, its directors, officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
Your misuse of the service
Violation of any law or regulation
Breach of these Terms
10. Limitations of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Any losses resulting from the unauthorized use of your card
Service interruptions due to external providers
Force majeure events beyond our control
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email and on our website at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be resolved via binding arbitration in London, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.
🏛️ VCCPRO – Legal & Compliance Disclaimer
1. API Facilitator, Not a Bank
VCCPRO Ltd (“we”/”us”/”our”) operates purely as a technology integrator using third-party APIs to connect with licensed financial institutions (e.g., banks, Visa/Mastercard issuers). We are not a bank, do not accept deposits, do not hold custody of client funds, and do not provide lending, credit, escrow, or fiduciary services.
2. No Financial Institution Status
We do not issue cards, extend credit, guarantee deposits, create accounts, or maintain customer funds. All card issuance, fund management, balances, transaction handling, and regulatory compliance are executed solely by our licensed banking partners
3. Regulatory Role Limitation
VCCPRO does not perform or supervise banking activities and is not regulated as a financial institution. Any regulatory inquiries or compliance responsibilities lie entirely with the relevant licensed Issuing Bank, network provider, or government authority.
4. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
We provide our services strictly “as-is” and “as-available”, without any warranties—express, implied, or statutory (including fitness for purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement).
We disclaim all liability for resulting damages—financial loss, legal penalties, data breaches, fraudulent activities, or operational interruptions arising from:
Card limitations, restrictions, or refusal by merchants
Breaches by Issuing Banks or payment networks
Technical failures, downtime, or errors in API connectivity
5. Independent Relationship
Our API-based connection with banks is strictly contractual. We are not agents, principals, affiliates, or joint venture partners of any Issuing Bank. We possess no authority to act or sign agreements on behalf of any issuer .
6. User Accountability & Compliance
Use of our services mandates compliance with all applicable KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and tax regulations. Responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with you, the user. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if suspicious or illegal activity is detected.
7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through UK courts or the agreed arbitration framework. If any part of this disclaimer is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains fully valid.
