Terms of Services

To ensure full transparency across our Virtual Card Program, the following operational definitions apply:

• “Cardholder”: An individual or corporate entity who establishes a secure user account and transacts via our virtual payment services.
• “Program”: The technology platform and API integrations facilitating access to virtual payment card services provided by licensed third-party providers.
• “Issuing Institution”: A licensed financial institution or electronic money institution (EMI) responsible for issuing and managing payment card products.
• “API Provider”: Third-party service provider that securely connects VCCPRO with the Issuing Institution through API integrations.

VCCPRO Ltd (“we”/”us”/”our”) operates as a technology platform and is not a licensed bank, electronic money institution (EMI), depository, investment institution, or card issuer. We do not hold customer deposits, extend credit, process payment settlements, or provide fiduciary or financial guarantees.

Virtual card services are made available through licensed third-party service providers using secure API integrations. Payment cards are issued and managed by authorized issuing financial institutions in accordance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. VCCPRO acts solely as a technology platform, API integration provider, and customer support portal.

VCCPRO provides access to virtual payment card services, including products issued under the Visa® and Mastercard® payment networks, through licensed third-party providers for merchant operations and private subscriptions.

To create a registered account on our client portal and issue card profiles, you must be 18+ and provide verifiable details.

Where required by our service providers, issuing partners, or applicable laws and regulations, users may be requested to complete identity verification (KYC) and compliance screening before accessing certain services.

• Complete identity verification (KYC) where required by our service providers or applicable regulations.
• Be screened against applicable sanctions and Politically Exposed Person (PEP) databases where required.
• Authorize us to securely retain identity, transaction, and technical records where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or applicable compliance requirements.

VCCPRO does not issue payment cards or provide regulated financial services. All regulated financial services are provided by licensed third-party providers and issuing institutions, subject to their own terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
